- 3. Click “Cancel subscription” and confirm.

You can also call +1 (345) 555-0142 weekdays 8am – 6pm Cayman time. We do not transfer cancellations to a retention queue.
A few options first
Before you go, two things that might fit better than cancelling:
- Pause the plan. Up to three months at no charge. Manage in Billing & payment.
- Switch newsletters. If the email volume is the problem, change the mix on Newsletters — the subscription stays active and you can still read everything.
